Bryan P. Keegan, DMD

Dr. Keegan has practiced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Oral Surgery Associates, PA since 1996. He earned his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He was selected as the Chief Resident of the General Dentistry Department of the Washington, D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Keegan completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons/ St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City.
Dr. Keegan is Board Certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. Dr. Keegan was nominated and elected as a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, a dental academic and ethical honor society, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Keegan is a member of the Maryland Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, where he has served on the Executive Committee for eight years culminating as President of the Society. He is an active member the Middle Atlantic Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Dental Association, the Maryland State Dental Association, and the Harford-Cecil County Dental Society, where he has also served all offices including President. He has been appointed by two Maryland Governors-Democrat and Republican- to serve on Maryland’s Oral Health Advisory Committee.
Dr Keegan is Chief of the Department of Oral-Maxillofacial Surgery and Dentistry at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore and Division Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at The George Washington University School of Medicine. For over 15 years, he has been a member of the Medical Executive Committee of Sinai Hospital. Dr. Keegan integrated the residency training program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical System with Sinai Hospital and has served as the Site Director of the residency training at Sinai Hospital. Dr. Keegan has been appointed as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry where he taught Residents and Students part-time for several years. Dr. Keegan continues to be voted by fellow dentists in Baltimore magazine as one of the region’s top Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
